We provide the following services.
VO2 Max testing
This test involves walking or running on a treadmill at a specific pace and grade, with the speed and incline increasing every minute until the individual reaches their maximum effort. We use the Reebok SL8.0 Heavy duty commercial treadmill for this test. The individual’s heart rate, oxygen consumption, and breathing rate are measured and recorded at each stage. Based on these measurements, the VO2 max score is calculated and interpreted to determine the individual’s aerobic capacity and fitness level.
