Asia Pathogen Genomics Initiative (Asia PGI), in collaboration with ARTIC Network and the Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID), organised a 7-day Workshop on Viral Whole Genome and Metagenomic Sequencing at Duke-NUS Medical School. The workshop, uniting 21 participants from 13 countries in South and Southeast Asia, served as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange.
